Cancelling billing information for a document

To cancel billing information:

  1. View the details of the document.

    For example, to view the details of a purchase order, select Ordering>Purchase Orders. Double-click the record or highlight the record and click View icon View. The purchase order displays.

  2. Select Cancel Billing. The Billing Status changes to Cancelled. The billing lines are no longer editable.
