Monitoring waves of work

After you have created your Pick to Staging Wave or your Pick/Pack Wave, you can start to monitor the progress of the work on the floor.

As you work with the wave fulfillment processes, the challenge is to determine how much monitoring you want to do for each wave, and what procedures you want to take when there are exceptions to the process, such as short picks or rejected items. These are business process choices that your organization needs to make.
