Sorting a list

When you are in a list screen, such as a list of receipts, inventory items, or purchase orders, you can sort the list by any particular column by clicking the column label. The first time you click a column label, the column sorts in ascending order and the upward arrow appears next to the label. If you click the label again, the column sorts in descending order and the downward arrow appears.
