Turning off the pop-up blocker

Your pop-up blocker may prevent you from viewing pop-ups in SmartTurn.

(If clicking SmartTurn buttons or links results in opening new tabs instead of pop-ups, it may cause problems with your SmartTurn application. More info...)

To turn off your pop-up blocker for SmartTurn.com in Internet Explorer:

From your browser toolbar, select Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Pop-up Blocker Settings.
Under Exceptions, in the textbox Address of Web site to allow, enter app.smartturn.com.
Select Add to the right.
Under Allowed sites: you should see app.smartturn.com.
Select Close in the bottom right corner.
If you are still unable to launch pop-ups, and you are using a Web security system, such as Norton Internet Security, check the security settings to enable pop-ups for this site.

To turn off your pop-up blocker for SmartTurn.com in Firefox:

From your browser toolbar, select Tools>Options.
Select Content. Next to the Block pop-up windows checkbox, select Exceptions.
The Allowed Sites - Pop-ups dialog appears. In the textbox Address of web site, enter app.smartturn.com.
Select Allow to the right.
Under Site you should see app.smartturn.com listed with a Status of Allow.
Select Close in the bottom right corner to close the Allowed Sites - Pop-ups dialog. Select OK to close the Options dialog.
If you are still unable to launch pop-ups, and you are using a Web security system, such as Norton Internet Security, check the security settings to enable pop-ups for this site.
