Cancelling a shipment

To cancel a shipment:

  1. Select Fulfillment>Pending Shipments. A list of saved shipments appears.
  2. Highlight a shipment and click Cancel icon Cancel in the toolbar above the list. The selected shipment must be in Saved status in order to be cancelled. A pop-up appears asking if you really want to cancel. Select OK.

    OR

    Double-click a shipment from the list. From the View page, select Cancel shipment from the bottom of the page.

  3. The page refreshes and the shipment has been cancelled. It no longer appears on the Fulfillment>Pending Shipments list, but is on the list of shipments at Fulfillment>View Shipments. The status is Cancelled. The inventory that was soft allocated to this shipment is released. It is now available for other operations in the warehouse, including both shipments and inventory maintenance operations.
