Controlling adjustments by location

When you are setting up a location in SmartTurn, you can control whether or not users can adjust quantities residing in it. The default setup option allows adjustments.

To verify if adjustments are allowed for a location:

From Administration>Locations, double-click the location you want to check. The View location screen appears.
In the General tab, if the Adjustable check box is checked, quantities in this location can be adjusted. If the Adjustable check box is unchecked, quantities in this location cannot be adjusted.
If you attempt to adjust quantities in a location that is not enabled for adjustments, you receive an error message. You can either transfer the inventory to another location that is adjustable, or modify the location settings to make it adjustable.
