Modifying core fields

On customizable list pages, you can modify core fields to:

display with a different screen name Learn how...
display in a different column order Learn how...
allow editing by the user Learn how...
be hidden from display Learn how...

Note that you make these modifications on a page-by-page basis; meaning that modifications you make to a core field on one page don't apply to any other pages that contain that core field unless you apply the same changes to the field on the additional pages.
