Choosing the right page for a custom field

The following table compares pages that have only lists (aka "tables") to pages that have both tabs and lists, and whether they are available to each the three business processes with which a custom field can be aligned:

Whenever you create a custom field with the Inventory business process, SmartTurn automatically adds it to the Item Master and to the Inventory Item record (and everywhere you view the details of an individual inventory item), on the Custom tab.
