Working with activity line managers
Activity line managers are powerful tools that help you easily manage all of the activity lines across all your documents. You can then view the lines in SmartTurn, or export them.
You can think of an activity line manager as being a single items list that contains all of your items from all of your documents: including purchase order items, receipt items, sales order items, shipment items, adjustment items, bin transfer items, etc. You use activity line managers to view some of these items. For example, you might use activity line managers to look at all of the transactions for a given item master over the past month.
Activity line managers use activity line manager criteria to let you easily manage particular subsets of activity lines from across all your documents. You can use activity line managers to view activity lines based on personalized search criteria.
Activity lines are line items on SmartTurn documents that reflect the original or primary warehouse transaction being carried out on the document. SO Items, PO Items, Receipt Items, Shipment Items, and Storage Items are all examples of activity lines. (Billing lines are not activity lines.)
