Inventory Stockout report

Under Reports>Inventory Stockout, you can view which inventory items have fallen below the reorder point, including:

• current QtyOnHand
• Reorder Point you set for the item
• Stockout quantity, which is the difference between the current QtyOnHand and the Reorder point. Learn how to set the reorder point.
• Reorder Quantity, which you set for the item. Learn how to set the reorder quantity.
• whether or not the item is Kittable (can be produced in house through a kit order)

To export the list:

1. Select the Export button up above. More info...

To view an individual stockout item:

1. Locate the stockout item you want to view.

   Is the list too long? You can filter the list with the Filter and Contains fields up above. More info... You can also sort the list by any column. More info..

2. Double-click the item you want to view. (You can also highlight the line and selectView .) The Item Master Inventory screen displays, showing any remaining quantities in their respective locations, and other details. From here, you can again filter or sort the list as with the main list. You can also proceed with the following actions:
   • View an inventory item (Select an item, then select View, in the Inventory Items table header.)
   • Edit an inventory item (Select an item, then select Edit, in the Inventory Items table header.)
   • Adjust an inventory item (Select an item, then select Adjust, in the Inventory Items table header.)
   • Bin Transfer an inventory item (Select an item, then select Bin Transfer, in the Inventory Items table header.)
   • Ship an inventory item (Select an item, then select Ship, in the Inventory Items table header.)
   • Export the list (Select Export, in the Inventory Items table header.)
