When creating Item Master records, certain fields, when left blank, are then populated with their default value. For instance, the field "sellable" is populated with "true" if left blank on the import template. If you attempt to update the item master record with the same import template, On-Demand WMS alerts you that this field requires a value as it cannot be null. You may update your item master import template to correct each field that is blank that requires an entry. Or (RECOMMENDED), you may use the help topic "using item master export as an import template". Follow those instructions, and make the required changes as the export from the On-Demand WMS includes the values that are null on your import template.

Determine the Pick Policy being used to fulfill this SO. Open the Inventory Manager used by the Pick Policy and see if the inventory that is expected to be used is returned. Currently, the system does not allow cancelling out single lines from a PO/SO. As an alternative, from the PO/SO select only the lines you wish to ship. Once the shipment is complete and only the lines you want to cancel are left, you can manually close the PO/SO. Also, if the PO/SO is still in the “Saved” status, then you can simply edit the PO/SO and delete the lines you no longer wish to be part of the PO

I am an administrator and I need to reset a password. How do I do that?

Login to the On-Demand WMS, go to Administration, select the user you wish to reset, and click edit, the select the option to reset password, enter *your* user password, then enter and confirm the new password for the user, click save and save again from the user view page.

You may not delete a user id. Please go to Administration. Select users. Highlight the employee's userid. Select the "deactivate" icon. This userid will no longer be able to login to the On-Demand WMS.

I want to cycle count a series of locations, including empty locations.

The cycle count function considers inventory on hand. If a location is empty, there is no inventory in it to count, and it does not appear on the cycle count document.

The Pick Policy returns the inventory I expect to find. However, not enough inventory is found at fulfillment.

Check that the Location where the expected inventory resides is configured to allow for Picking. If not, move the inventory to a pickable location or change the location permissions. If inventory resides in a pickable location, refer to the next question.
